Payment conditions
30% on reservation
70% 1 month before departure

Confirmation
Upon confirmation we will email you the charter contract.
You must sign the contract and mail it back to us.
At the same time an advance payment of 30% of the charter price will be required to confirm your booking.
Booking is confirmed when we receive the signed contract and advance payment.
The balance payment is due one month prior to your departure.

Payment has to be made by bank transfer. Please note that you are responsible for any fees the bank might add.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation 3 month prior to departure you are entitled to a complete refund.

In case of cancellation 1 month prior to departure there will be no refund.
But we guarantee you a refund of 90% in case we find another charterer.
